District Hall: Beer Yoga
Join District Hall as they host The Monica Method. Beer Yoga is a fun and innovative way to combine fitness & fun. The class will feature seated and standing poses that are conducive to holding a beverage while encouraging participants to engage all of their senses, including taste, in order to create a mindful, unique and fun experience. Of course, balance will also come into play more than usual, since spilling a bottle of beer — or water— creates a slippery situation on the mat.
Chair massages will also be available before/after class so come ready for a total relaxation experience!
This class is open to participants of any fitness level who are 21+ years of age.Yoga mats available!
