The Grand: Bounce and Groove

Book your spot today to join Seaport Sweat instructor Alanna Perry for her signature Bounce + Groove Bounce classes every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at The Grand Boston in Seaport.
Every BG class at the grand will feature a LIVE DJ on stage, incredible beats, club lighting, and an amazing atmosphere.
COVID-19 Policy: Class sizes will be limited to a fraction of The Grand’s capacity (less than 30 guests) and the ventilation in the club is excellent. The Grand is a very large venue (800 person capacity) so with less than 30 guests there is plenty of space to comfortably ensure social distancing.
BOUNCE & GROOVE is Alanna’s newest format and will be offered exclusively at The Grand. The instructor will guide you on and off the trampoline as you complete bouncing (trampoline fitness) exercises and the full body sculpt work. Expect a high intensity, low impact, full body workout that focuses on your legs, core, and arms. The class will include approximately 25 minutes of bouncing.
What to bring: A water bottle and towel. Wear a quality sports bra and sneakers for trampoline work.
About The Instructor
Alanna Perry is a former NFL Cheerleader turned fitness entrepreneur who is changing the way people look and feel about fitness! Alanna is the owner of Barre Groove, a boutique fitness studio in Downtown Crossing that offers fun, innovative and effective fitness classes that you can’t find anywhere else! Alanna has an extensive background in dance; she grew up as a competitive dancer, studied modern and contemporary ballet in college, danced on the sidelines for the New England Patriots and has been an active coach / instructor in the Boston fitness community for more than 10 years. Alanna thrives on bringing the sASS to every class and is known to keep you smiling while sweating!
