Luke’s Lobster: National Lobster Day
Luke’s Lobster has a lot to celebrate – not only is it their 10th anniversary, but it’s also National Lobster Day. Luke’s is celebrating its 10th anniversary by partnering with a beloved chef in each of the cities they’re located in to put their spin on Luke’s signature lobster roll. For Boston, they’re working with Jamie Bissonnette and Ken Oringer of Toro, Coppa, and Little Donkey. The duo created a unique lobster roll with a Calabrian chili Louie sauce. Luke’s is donating $1 from each Toro Lobster Roll sold to Lovin’ Spoonfuls, a non-profit that facilitates the rescue and distribution of healthy food that would otherwise be discarded throughout Massachusetts.
This new roll will launch on September 25th, just in time for National Lobster Day, and will be available through the end of October.
