About the Panelists:
Ciara Clark: Ciara Clark is a certified yoga instructor and holistic health coach based in Boston, MA. Through mindfulness, movement, and holistic nutrition, she specializes in combining the healing wisdoms from both yoga and plant-based nutrition to set women on the path towards optimal health. Ciara strives to encourage individuals to develop a deeper dialogue with their bodies and recognize that a comprehensive health plan also includes your mental, psychological, and emotional well-being.
Wendy Rue Williams: Wendy graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BS in Athletic Training/Sports medicine, and from Simmons College where she completed a Masters Degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Urban Leadership. Wendy is a former Outward Bound Instructor, Peace Corps Volunteer, Triathlete & Marathoner and avid fitness instructor. The mission of empowering girls and young women with the skills to live and be safe in this world fuels Wendy’s desire to make lasting impact for the next generation of women. #everygirlisworthit
Jennifer Hanway: Jennifer Hanway is a Holistic Nutritionist, Level 2 Bio Signature Modulation Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer. An ex professional dancer, her journey as a holistic health professional began in London over 12 years ago and has taken her all over the globe, and has seen her working with clients that include the British Royal Family, Hollywood A-list, and Olympic Athletes.
