Paris Creperie: Introduction to French Spirits and Aperitifs with Brother Cleve

The French enjoy a custom known as Apéro, a “Happy Hour” where friends converse over light alcohol cocktails, coupled with appetizers such as olives, cheeses, nuts, and bread. Join bartender/cocktail historian Brother Cleve as he illuminates that experience by introducing guests to the flavors of French spirits and Apéritifs. You’ll discover and taste flights of wine-based Vermouths, Quinquinas, and Mistelles, as well as spirit-based Gentians, Amer, and Herbal Liqueurs. Learn how Paris’s Apéritif cocktails are crafted, as well as how to make your own at home. You’ll also get to nosh on the bar snacks that pair so well with these delightful libations. Price includes beverages and bites along with informative materials to take home. Tickets are limited to adults over the age of 21.
