Athletic Conditioning is an interval training class that creatively mixes bodyweight exercises with safe plyometrics. A combination of strength training and cardio, this class is designed to make you find new boundaries that challenge your muscular endurance and strength.
About the Instructor
Michael Soares is an elite personal trainer and health coach. He is the founder of New Human, an online personal training platform that over 1000 people around the world has used. He has trained people from diverse backgrounds ranging from Olympians and professional athletes to children in kindergarten. He enjoys helping everyone “find their inner athlete”, regardless of their age.
