Prepare to liberate your movement! Yoga sculpt is a 45 minute practice to release tension within the body as you move through dynamic flows that blend creative and challenging transitions, balances, stretches and core work.
About the Instructor
Dani is currently finishing up her degree in Psychology at Bridgewater State University. She has played sports her entire life and first got into fitness around the age of 16. Fitness has been an amazing outlet for her in many ways and helped her find herself. Yoga has been a major part of Dani’s wellness journey and has helped her to find calm within the storm. Finding the perfect balance between fitness and yoga has helped Dani become more mindful, mobile and understanding of her body.
