Seaport Sweat | Athletic Conditioning
Boston’s biggest free workout series Seaport Sweat is back for its sixth season. Join us in-person on Seaport Common or at @seaportbos on IG Live as we bring you even more variety with new classes and new instructors.
Athletic Conditioning is an interval training class that creatively mixes bodyweight exercises with safe plyometrics. A combination of strength training and cardio, this class is designed to make you find new boundaries that challenge your muscular endurance and strength.
About the Instructor
Michael Soares is an elite personal trainer and health coach. He was a collegiate basketball player who graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and subsequently completed multiple certifications including ISSA certification, Pre/Post Natal certification, and Precision Nutrition LVL 1 Certification. He is the founder of New Human, an online personal training platform that over 1000 people around the world has used. He has trained people from diverse backgrounds ranging from Olympians and professional athletes to children in kindergarten. He enjoys helping everyone “find their inner athlete”, regardless of their age. Michael also co-hosts the podcast Open Up, which brings awareness to men’s mental health
and breaks the stigma around vulnerability.
