Seaport Sweat: Cardio Conditioning
Boston’s biggest free outdoor workout series Seaport Sweat is back for its fourth season. This year, the community driven series will offer even more variety with new classes, new instructors, and a mid-day session for moms. This program is brought to you by @seaportbos.
Cardio Conditioning with Athena is a fast-paced, bootcamp-style workout designed to target your entire body. The class combines intervals of bodyweight strength exercises to help you build lean muscle with high intensity cardio and plyometric drills to help you improve your stamina and blast fat. No two classes will be the same, and all fitness levels are welcome.
Athena Concannon is an ACSM certified personal trainer and Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach with more than 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. After working for several years in corporate wellness, Athena left the 9-5 world to start her own online fitness coaching business, Achieve with Athena. Through her coaching programs, Athena helps time-strapped women get unstuck from limiting beliefs so they can get strong and empowered, take their fitness to new levels, and feel proud of their healthy lives as they become their best selves.
