Seaport Sweat: JPPilates Stroller Bootcamp
Boston’s biggest free outdoor workout series Seaport Sweat is back for its fourth season. This year, the community driven series will offer even more variety with new classes, new instructors, and a mid-day session for moms. This program is brought to you by @seaportbos.
JPPilates Stroller Bootcamp is a fun and results-driven workout done outdoors with your child. This this all-levels class is a supportive and welcoming way to meet other Moms and workout together. Class includes a high energy warm up, barre work using your stroller and mat Pilates. You’ll focus on re-building core strength, through a series of safe and targeted exercises with your little one right by your side.
Both babies and toddlers are welcome. Children should stay in their strollers during the entire moving portion of class. They can then join you on the mat to play by your side. During certain exercises you will have the option to hold and lift your baby to enhance your workout and bond.

Jennifer is the Founder of JPPilates, a brand that centers around training, motivating and influencing clients through group classes, private instruction and social media. A former Nike Trainer and sponsored athlete, Jennifer teaches at Equinox, North End Yoga and in various private studios and homes, and her extensive client list includes Hollywood film actors, professional athletes and pre- and postnatal women. In 2014, she created and launched JPPilates Stroller Camp, a Pilates based workout that utilizes a stroller so new moms can safely workout with their babies.
Best known for her high energy, sold-out classes and annual outdoor events, Jennifer has shared her passion for Pilates with thousands of Bostonians in her more than 10 years as an instructor. In 2013, her innovative work earned her a place on BostInno’s list of 50 Bostonians On Fire. [@jppilates1]
