Class Description
MYSTRYDE is powering Lululemon’s run club every other Tuesday with a 35 minute interval running class. The class is held virtually via zoom. You’ll hear the instructor’s playlist and voice guiding you through an interval run through your headphones. This class is for all levels, and goes off the MYSTRYDE Stryde Guide, which is an effort scale of 1-5. This effort scale works for walkers, joggers and runners, no matter your pace.

Level 1: 0% effort (Recovery pace – can be a walk or jog)
Level 2: 25% effort (conversational pace)
Level 3: 50% effort (strong effort)
Level 4: 75% effort (uncomfortable)
Level 5: 100% effort (all out sprint)

Class How-To
Make sure to download the zoom app well before class starts. You’ll receive an email from Eventbrite with the zoom link 30 minutes before class. Then all you have to do is click on the link provided, and boom! You’re in! We suggest high quality headphones. You can click your phone screen off while you’re running and put it in a pocket or hold it.

About the Instructor
Becca is the Founder at MYSTRYDE fitness studio in Boston. Her passion for running started in high school, and she moved on to run track at Union College and still holds the 1500m record for women. She has run 3 marathons, countless half marathons, and loves riding that runner’s high.
