Seaport Sweat: lululemon
Join lululemon for a 50 minute workout filled with lots of energy & fun with the BURNIN’ By Ray team. This workout is for all ages and fitness levels. The workout will consist of nine 4-minute circuits, followed by a 1-minute break, before moving to the next circuit. Each circuit will contain two non-competitive body weight exercises, performed for 20 seconds each, followed by 10 seconds of rest, before moving on to the next exercise. After the workout, we’ll take some time to stretch.
Registration is mandatory. All walk-ins will be required to register on site.
