Seaport Sweat: MSL Pilates Bootcamp
Boston’s biggest free outdoor workout series Seaport Sweat is back for its fourth season. This year, the community driven series will offer even more variety with new classes, new instructors, and a mid-day session for moms. This program is brought to you by @seaportbos.
MSL Pilates Bootcamp returns for its seventh season! This summer series has drawn hundreds of Bostonians to each class to experience this 45-minute beat driven workout. This class creatively combines athletic drills, functional movement, dance-inspired vibes and classical pilates sequencing for a challenging, full-body workout. All fitness levels welcome. BYO-mat!

Ali is a nationally certified and trained Pilates and fitness instructor who has been training and coaching thousands of students in the Boston community for 10+ years. She is the creator of Move Sweat Love, a brand that inspires and motivates people through group fitness classes, private training, special events and social media. She’s known for her fun, yet disciplined teaching style, innovative and challenging classes, killer playlists and her infectious love for movement. Ali teaches at Equinox and North End Yoga, works with private clients and hosts fitness events around the city. She’s become a sought-after fitness professional for local and national brand collaborations and is currently a PUMA sponsored athlete on #TeamFaster. When she’s not in the studio or teaching clients, she’s training for her next marathon, taking classes or researching new ways to challenge her students. [@mslali1]
