Seaport Sweat: Outdoor Voices
Join Outdoor Voices and Kara Duval Pilates for Seaport Sweat! Kara’s signature class is a combination of Pilates, Barre and Dynamic/ Functional movement with a heavy emphasis on form. For the past few years, Kara has traveled around the city developing her method using the “everyday human” as her main muse and inspiration. Using creative imagery, Kara will guide you through this killer low impact workout with a sense of humor and a knack for creative imagery cues. Come prepared to shake, sweat, laugh and learn more about your body and how it moves. All levels welcome and modifications will gladly be provided.
