About the Instructor
Britney’s passion for movement began in the dance studio at the age of two. This lifelong commitment evolved into teaching various movement modalities, including Pilates, yoga, fitness and dance.
Britney fuses her knowledge to deliver a powerful and thoughtful class, each time she steps onto the mat. Britney also understands how being new to a movement practice can be intimidating. She loves meeting new faces and empowers confidence in each one of her students. The ability to walk with each student, at any level, on their fitness journey is a big part of what keeps her coming back to teaching Pilates. Upon leaving her class she hopes you feel nourished, fearless, and joyful.
Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
