Sculpt & Flow is a fun and intentional yoga sculpt class blending yoga, strength training, and a quick cardio burst to help you build strength and mindfulness on and off the mat. Set to an energizing playlist, this beat-driven workout will leave you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed. All levels are welcome.
About the Instructor
Shazie Senen (she/her) is an EFT Practitioner, content creator, and Yoga Sculpt instructor passionate about creating inclusive spaces where movement feels empowering, accessible, and joyful. Her mission is to encourage students to move in a way that feels good for them, honoring their bodies, and embracing joy in every step. With over seven years in the health and wellness space, Shazie blends her Master's in Public Health with nervous system training and loves helping others feel strong and supported through movement. When she's not teaching, she's on the hunt for the perfect honey lavender latte.

Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
