Seaport Sweat: Vinyasa Yoga with Aly Raymer
Boston’s biggest free outdoor workout series Seaport Sweat is back for its fourth season. This year, the community driven series will offer even more variety with new classes, new instructors, and a mid-day session for moms. This program is brought to you by @seaportbos.
Approachable vinyasa yoga that aims to help you feel stronger and more mobile in your body. In class, you’ll find intelligent sequencing that properly prepares the body for targeted strengthening and deep stretching with a strong focus on chest, back, hips and lateral body. Music is a big part of the flow, driving the energy behind each part of the class before dropping into a blissful savasana.
Yoga mats are not provided.
Aly Raymer is a California born, full-time fitness professional and wellness entrepreneur who has spent more than half of her life in Boston building a loyal following in the studios and on social media. Aly spends her days teaching indoor cycling at B/SPOKE, where she’s the Director of Talent, as well as yoga at Exhale Spa, in addition to building her personal brand online. Aly is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with 10 years of experience in power yoga and vinyasa. She loves to create a fun and safe environment for beginning and seasoned yogis, using music as a driving force. [@aly_raymer]
