Class Description

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that uses long-held, ground-based postures to deeply stretch and nourish the body. It enhances flexibility, joint mobility, and recovery while supporting injury prevention. As a complement to dynamic movement, Yin is grounding and helps release stress, anxiety, and tension. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner, an athlete, or simply looking to support your well-being, this practice creates space to reset your nervous system and reconnect with yourself.

About the Instructor

Yeradmi (she/her/ella) is a seasoned Healing Arts and Somatic Practitioner with more than 13 years of experience. Yera is professionally trained in Somatic Experiencing, Restorative and Yin Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Reiki, and Thai Bodywork. Through these modalities she offers a variety of ways to explore emotional, energetic, mental and physical well-being. Additionally, Yera is a full spectrum birth worker, supporting families from conception, to birth and through the tenderness of the postpartum phase.
