The Boston Pops Esplanade Brass Ensemble will perform an entertaining mix of light classics, pops favorites, and contemporary hits in this engaging concert. The show will begin at 6:00pm with a performance by The Summer Street Brass Band, a group of Boston Public School youth musicians.

Grab a seat on the lawn and enjoy sips + bites from local businesses while listening to Boston’s finest brass ensemble. The event will be hosted by local favorite, Journalist and TV personality, Janet Wu. Bringing the whole family? Make sure to check out the Instrument Petting Zoo at intermission, an opportunity to allow children to handle and play instruments provided by The Josiah Quincy Orchestra Program.

Lawn chairs and blankets are encouraged!

The Josiah Quincy Orchestra Program (JQOP) is a creative youth orchestra program that uses an intensive ensemble-based music curriculum to help children develop music proficiency, executive functions and social-emotional skills.
