Strength & Solidarity at The Superette: A PRIDE Celebration Workout Class

Celebrate PRIDE Month in Seaport with a powerful, community-centered workout led by Coach Michael James. This class brings together the three pillars of fitness—strength, cardio, and flexibility—in an interval-based, full-body workout designed to challenge limits and celebrate self-empowerment. Start with a grounding warm-up, move through a strength circuit, transition into a cardio push, and finish with a yoga-inspired cooldown.

The intention of this class is to celebrate self-expression, pride, and solidarity.

Wear your brightest and boldest gear! This is your space to move, shine, and show up exactly as you are. Grab a friend and bring a mat, and water with you to class. Our live DJ will set the vibe and bring the energy for your workout!

This event is free and open to the public. All fitness levels are welcome.
