Summer Bounty: Cooking With Seasonal Produce
Summer is the season of tomatoes, sweet corn, peaches, and so much more. In this class, we’ll work with produce that you’ll find in a CSA or at your local farm stand to create mouthwatering, seasonal dishes.
Each class includes instruction by Chef Louis DiBiccari, recipes, food and a cocktail demo. Gratuity not included.
Tavern Road requires a 48 hour notice for any cancellations for group classes to avoid being charged full price for the class. Tavern Road reserves the right to cancel or change the class schedule at any time at the discretion of management. Customers will be notified via e-mail of any schedule changes or cancellations.
