Ever hear of NPR’s Tiny Desk Concerts? Yeah, we love them too. So we’re pulling a page from the public radio book and launching our own intimate concert line-up. Say hello to Tiny Cash Wrap Concerts, a series of performances by local Boston musicians happening where you least expect them, right at the check-out line, right in Seaport.
First up in Volume II: a performance by Miranda Rae at Everlane on May 7th from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Attendees enjoy exclusive giveaways, plus the chance to win a $200 gift card. And no worries if you can’t make the concert: We’ll be live-streaming Miranda’s performance on Seaport’s IG.
Miranda Rae is an R&B singer/songwriter from Cambridge, Massachusetts. With comparisons to Miss Jill Scott and India.Arie, her style can be described as neo-soul, and her songs feature a classic boom-bap sound with an R&B spin. With releases “Prayer For Love”, “Excuse My Baggage”, and “Invitation for Love” her velvety vocals and rich tone have won her fans worldwide. In December 2020 the Boston Music Awards voted her R&B Artist of the year.
Please note that facial coverings are required for all on-site attendees. With limited in-store capacity, entry in to the stores will be on a first come, first serve basis.
