Seaport Sweat

Boston’s biggest free workout series, Seaport Sweat, is back for its sixth season with an extended timeline, running from May through October (two extra months to tune in and tone up). This year, the community driven series will offer a variety of new classes and instructors on Seaport Common and streaming on Instagram Live.

The 2021 class schedule features the city’s most popular and award-winning instructors from years past, while also introducing several exciting newcomers. Join your favorite classes Monday through Friday with beats by DJ Sprino, and on Saturdays be sure to Kick It by Eliza and sweat it out with Equinox.

Seaport Sweat is adapting to the health and safety precautions of COVID-19 by offering this year’s exciting lineup of classes on Seaport Common with strategically spaced spots. Registration is required in order to maintain a safe social distance. Can’t join us on the Common? No worries, we will still be on Instagram Live @seaportbos. Classes will be live streamed every weekday from Monday, May 3rd through Friday, October 29th. All classes are free, and welcome all levels of fitness.
