SEVERABILITY AND INTEGRATION
Seaport reserves the right, in its sole discretion at any time, to terminate your access to all or part of the Site and/or to remove any content and materials from the Site, with or without notice. You agree that Seaport shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site or for removal of information from the Site.
