Alexion Pharmaceuticals

Alexion, a global biopharmaceutical company focused on developing and delivering life-changing therapies for patients with rare diseases, will occupy a third of 121 Seaport, from floors three through eight.

Alexion will move its headquarters from New Haven, CT, to Boston, starting in June 2018.
