The talented team behind the successful South Indian national restaurant chain, Godavari, and its popular sister restaurant, Khiladi NYC, have opened their first fast casual Indian concept, Madras Dosa Co. in Seaport.
Madras Dosa Co. features an expansive menu of South Indian dishes centered around dosa, a beloved staple of home cooking in Southern India and signature of the region’s exciting street food scene. Dosas are gluten free, vegan thin crepes made with fermented rice and lentil batter that can then be dipped in curries and chutneys, and are often stuffed with a delicious filling. Madras Dosa Co. will offer over 30 different versions of dosa, from the spicy (Chilli cheese dosa) to the sweet (Nutella dosa), with several vegetarian and meat options to choose from. Also on the menu will be rice dishes and Indian sides such as samosas.
