Seaport Sweat

Boston’s biggest free workout series, Seaport Sweat, is back for its tenth season, running from May through September. This year, the community driven series will offer a variety of new classes and instructors on Seaport Common and special weekend classes, and feature a Hydration Station on Seaport Common featuring a water fountain, bottle refill spot, and even a dog bowl for thirsty pups.

Discover your favorite classes Monday through Thursday with beats by DJ Sprino, and on Saturdays be sure to Kick It by Eliza, and form that Booty by Brabants. Don't forget to join in on classes led by local brand leaders from Alo, Remedy Place, lululemon, Tonal, Equinox, and Rhone.

Seaport Sweat, sponsored by Mass General Brigham Health Plan. Classes are free, open to the public, and welcome all levels of fitness.

Standout Spots

Splendoria at The Superette

Splendoria isn’t just a floral installation, it’s a full courtyard moment. Draped across The Superette, this larger-than-life floral fantasy is where spring comes to life. Think sculptural blooms, curated chaos, and enough selfie-worthy corners to fill your camera roll.

Standout Spots

Nowon

A bold spin on Korean American cuisine, Nowon brings the flavors of Seoul to the streets of New York—and now, Seaport. Chef Jae’s cult-favorite cheeseburger and viral rice cakes make a serious impression. Set to a nostalgic 90s and early-2000s hip-hop soundtrack, the vibe is laid-back but never low-key.
