Paris Creperie: Joyeux Fêtes – A Guide to Throwing the Ultimate Cocktail Party

Hosting a holiday bash? The most dreaded element of throwing a party is being too busy to enjoy the festivities. In this informative seminar, Bartender/Musician/Cocktail Authority Brother Cleve examines ways to reduce your stress and workload, teaching the best ways to pre-batch cocktails and create festive punches, coupled with ideas for snacks and hor d’oeuvres. Paris knows that many NYE parties will be adopting a “party like it’s 1920” concept, so they’ll look at some authentic cocktail classics from Roaring ‘20’s Paris, the Prohibition era’s expat paradise (Hemingway, Picasso, Fitzgerald, et al), and, naturally, some soundtrack music to set the mood. Price includes beverages and bites along with informative materials to take home. Tickets are limited to adults over the age of 21.
