Get lost in the hypnotic sounds of Latin and international rhythms from all over the world with Zumba fitness. Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
About the Instructor
Nicole D. has been dancing since she could walk (probably even before that too). She’s been teaching Zumba for over 9 years, spreading her love for fun and fitness all over New England! Since becoming a Zumba Instructor in 2012, Nicole has had the opportunity to grow her fitness resume to include Barre, HIIT, Indoor Cycle, and more!
