Class Description
May 4: Yogalates
A blend of mat pilates and vinyasa yoga giving you a chance to experience the best of both worlds. Expect a combination of the traditional yoga postures with deep core work. Certified in both modalities, Brittany B will bring you a class full of strength, balance and movement that makes you feel good.
 
June 8: Power Flow
A faster moving vinyasa class blending deep stretches, dynamic movements and powerful breathwork. With Brittany B & Tobey as your guides, you can expect to move, sweat and breathe.
 
September 14: Yogalates
A blend of mat pilates and vinyasa yoga giving you a chance to experience the best of both worlds. Expect a combination of the traditional yoga postures with deep core work. Certified in both modalities, Brittany B will bring you a class full of strength, balance and movement that makes you feel good.
 
Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
