Where muscle meets yoga. Rooted in the mindfulness of yoga, you’ll combine the traditional postures with strength training exercises to sweat, feel strong and shift excess energy.
July 8: Yoga Power Flow
A faster moving vinyasa class blending deep stretches and dynamic movements. For those who like to move, sweat and breathe.
Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
Before registering and attending class, please ensure you have read and understand this Release and Waiver and accept and agree to the terms and provisions contained in this Release.
Sweat on the safe side: We’re so excited to Sweat with you again in-person and continue to be committed to keeping our class environment safe and comfortable for all participants. Please wear a mask if you feel more comfortable doing so. If you feel sick, please stay home and plan to join us another day.
