Seaport Sweat: Athletic Conditioning
Athletic Conditioning is an interval training class that creatively mixes bodyweight exercises with safe plyometrics. A combination of strength training and cardio, this class is designed to make you find new boundaries that challenge your muscular endurance and strength.
About the Instructor
Meet Michael Soares (he/him), an elite personal trainer and online health coach who founded New Human. New Human is best known for its cutting-edge fitness app that has transformed the lives of over 15,000 people worldwide, offering unparalleled customization and support to help clients achieve their goals in creating custom workout and nutritional programs tailored to each individual’s needs.
With a background in Exercise Science and certifications from ISSA, Pre/Post Natal, and Precision Nutrition LVL 1, Michael has coached a diverse range of clients, from Olympians and professional athletes to kindergarteners. His mission is to help everyone “reclaim their inner athlete,” regardless of age.
Seaport Sweat classes are equipment-free. If you would like a mat, you are welcome to bring one with you to class.
