Seaport Sweat: Box and Body
Boston’s biggest free outdoor workout series Seaport Sweat is back for its fourth season. This year, the community driven series will offer even more variety with new classes, new instructors, and a mid-day session for moms. This program is brought to you by @seaportbos.
Half cardio kickboxing, half boot camp, Box & Body is a full-body workout. During the cardio kickboxing portion of class, you will move to the beat of the music with various boxing combinations that will ignite your entire body. In the second half of class, you will move off the beat of the music and enter into the bodyweight strength exercises – working legs, upper body and core. The class is suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications are offered to provide everyone with a great workout!
