Boston’s biggest free outdoor workout series Seaport Sweat is back for its fourth season. This year, the community driven series will offer even more variety with new classes, new instructors, and a mid-day session for moms.
Get ready to fight your way through this high-intensity boxing workout. Lauren takes her experiences from being in the ring, training amateur fighters, studying professional fighters and applies it to this class. The only one you’re fighting is yourself, as this class will have you sweating head to toe round after round of shadowboxing, explosive exercises and even some animal flow to make sure your getting a complete full body burn.
