Seaport Sweat: Outdoor Voices Yoga

Boston’s biggest free outdoor workout series Seaport Sweat is back for its fourth season. This year, the community driven series will offer even more variety with new classes, new instructors, and a mid-day session for moms. This program is brought to you by @seaportbos.

Class Description
Turn stress into sweat, boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow. This class strengthens, balances and detoxifies your entire body and mind as you move through more challenging postures and connected breath. You’ll combine strength and flexibility to intensify each yoga pose, while mixing in strength training moves like squats, lunges and pushups.

Yoga mats are not provided.

Join Outdoor Voices and Sarah White [@thecoastalyogi], the Boston based fitness instructor who teaches at CorePower Yoga, B/SPOKE, Equinox, Exhale & Everybody Fights. She completed her yoga teacher training out in San Diego (where she attended college) and it has been her mission ever since to empower her students to find their voice and experience real transformation every time they walk into her classes. She is an E-RYT 200 and has both her Yoga Sculpt and ACE Group Fitness Instructor certifications.
