Seaport Sweat | Yoga Sculpt
Boston’s biggest free workout series Seaport Sweat is back for its sixth season. Join us in-person on Seaport Common or at @seaportbos on IG Live as we bring you even more variety with new classes and new instructors.
Yoga Sculpt incorporates Vinyasa Yoga, strength training, mobility exercises and high-intensity cardio bursts for maximum efficiency! Yoga Sculpt is influenced by traditional yoga classes with a bit of a powerful twist to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. Plus, there’s always a challenging core workout mixed in! It’s a perfect complement to your yoga practice and will help increase mobility, flexibility, physical dexterity, and strength all while remaining focused on the mind/body connection. Open to all levels. Modifications are always offered.
About the Instructor
Dani is currently finishing up her degree in Psychology at Bridgewater State University. She has played sports her entire life and first got into fitness around the age of 16. Fitness has been an amazing outlet for her in many ways and helped her find herself. Yoga has been a major part of Dani’s wellness journey and has helped her to find calm within the storm. Finding the perfect balance between fitness and yoga has helped Dani become more mindful, mobile and understanding of her body. She is super passionate about all things fitness and cannot wait to share her passion with her Seaport Sweat!
