Seaport Sweat | Zumba
Boston’s biggest free workout series Seaport Sweat is back for its sixth season. Join us in-person on Seaport Common or at @seaportbos on IG Live as we bring you even more variety with new classes and new instructors.
Get lost in the hypnotic sounds of Latin and international rhythms from all over the world with Zumba fitness. Zumba takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Everybody and every body can come together and get their sweat on with this energy boosting class. Comfortable cross training sneakers strongly recommended. No fitness or dance background necessary. Just bring your authentic self!
About the Instructor
Nicole D. has been dancing since she could walk (probably even before that too). She’s been teaching Zumba for over 9 years, spreading her love for fun and fitness all over New England! Since becoming a Zumba Instructor in 2012, Nicole has had the opportunity to grow her fitness resume to include Barre, HIIT, Indoor Cycle, and more! If she’s not working out, she’s online shopping, catching up on Real Housewives, Zooming with her besties, and spending time with her boyfriend and her cat, Jada Pinkett. When taking any class with Nicole, you have to follow her two very important rules: Sweat and Smile!
